PROFESSIONAL NETWORK

My professional network includes leading authors in the education field like Nancie Atwell, Lucy Calkins, Penny Kittle, Jennifer Serravallo, Donalyn Miller, Kylene Beers and Bob Probst, among others.

I have worked on projects with the Teachers College Reading and Writing Project at Columbia, The Ohio State Literacy Collaborative, the Boise State Writing Project, and other academic organizations.

And I work closely with The Book Love Foundation, a non-profit that awards classroom libraries to teachers, and with the Nerdy Book Club, an on-line community of over 60,000 book nerd teachers.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

In the interest of my education work, I am a member of NCTE and ILA and presented at NCTE  in November 2017 and at nErDcampMI  in July 2017. 

In the interest of my marketing work, I attended Copyblogger's Authority Rainmaker conference in Denver in May 2015 and am a member of Copyblogger's Authority Community and their Showrunner's Podcasting Community.
