Teacher Learning Sessions: Created an independent podcast network focused on teachers. Created and launched six separate podcast series with over 350,000 total downloads.

• Founded independent digital media production company.
• Collaborated with clients on development, production, and delivery of professional development resources for educators.
• Produced, directed, and edited project, collaborating with authors and client teams.
• Developed and managed budgets, managed projects, and worked with teams of freelancers to provide complete production services.

• Founded an independent podcast network and production company to provide resources to teachers to help improve their classroom practices. Our tagline: “Connecting teachers with ideas, experts, and each other.”
• Created and produced six different podcast series with over 350,000 downloads.
• Collaborated with authors, designed production workflows, sold sponsorships.
• Performed market research and audience outreach, wrote and produced content marketing pieces, and managed social media efforts.

Heinemann Publishing, Portsmouth, NH.  Executive Producer  (April 2004 - September 2009)

• Started and managed the DVD / video production department for a leading educational publisher, which in 5 years grew to nearly $1M in revenue.
• Gained extensive experience taping with students in classrooms (grades K-12).
• Worked in a highly collaborative environment with authors, in-house management, editorial, production, and marketing teams. Hired and managed project freelancers.
